Diagnosis

Prevention

Keep garbage out of reach of pets
Avoid giving your pet irritating foods. This includes fatty food and table scraps
Remove any toys that have started to disintegrate, tear, or fall apart that could be swallowed
Ensure all household cleaners, medications, and poisons are kept safely out of reach from all pets
